Gleds Nest on the River Cree

Friday the 23rd of July 2010 was a nice day.
There's a fishing beat known as Linloskin north of Newton Stewart on the river Cree.

One section with this nice sturdy seat is known as Gleds Nest.

There's a nice flow on the river today.

So I take some pictures and video clips.

Video Clip Part One

Video Clip Part Two
The only sound is of the river flowing relentlessly to the sea.

I saw a number of birds and a few fish.No pictures of them though.

This stretch with the tumbling water is known as Blackrocks.

Out into the open is Knockstocks and Wee Knockstocks.

A great place to lose yourself.
