Due to a health issue which I'm seeking medical advice this week (I think I may have a kidney stone), I was unfit to attend this week's walk.
Therefore I'll direct any visitors to my fellow blogger and walk leader's post from where I've stolen this image.
I have done much of this walk previously with the ramblers.
Here's the link to that one.
I'm hoping not to be incapacitated for long.
Cheerio the noo.
Ouch! Hope it's sorted for you soon...
ReplyDeleteJim, keep us updated, hope the situation is sorted and you're up and walking again very soon with no pain.
ReplyDeleteThinking of you,
Rose
You all look so well-wrapped-up and keen!
ReplyDeleteGreat shot
Hope you get a speedy resolution to your suspected kidney stone and you're back out and about before you know it.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the promotion I have had several more hits than normal. Trust you had a positive result from the doctor.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the positive comments folks, I've to undergo an ultrasound scan sometime in the next few days.
ReplyDeleteJim, take care of yourself. I hope for a speedy recovery of your hopefully temporary situation!
ReplyDeleteYour group of Ramblers always looks like they are enjoying themselves..
I hope they will get the stone out before you notice it! Wishing you a speedy recovery.
ReplyDeleteoh man, sorry to hear about the kidney stone. hope you get better soon!
ReplyDeleteI hope you find the answer to your health situation! sending you light.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes to you Jim and hope you can get back enjoying yourself soon.....or failing that go out walking up the hills again :)
ReplyDeleteThinking of you at this painful time...at least my sister when she had them said it certainly was.
Thanks again good people. I'm still awaiting my scan, but drinking plenty of water which helps.
ReplyDeletePopping plenty of painkillers also has an easing effect.
Hi Jim, i have seen that you show an interest in local mining. I run a small club called the south west Scotland mine research society. We are the only mine research club in Scotland. At the moment we only have a facebook page, but we intend to get a website soon.
ReplyDeleteThere are lots of pics of the local mines on our Facebook page.
Regards
Dave
